Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Adnan Dental Supply collects when you use its website and its mobile app, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

• Browsing needs no account. We ask for no personal information to browse devices, offers, catalogs and articles. Your favorites stay on your phone only.
• When you introduce yourself in the app (to use "My devices", request maintenance or a spare part, sign up for a workshop, write a review or ask to be notified when a device arrives): your name, phone number and, if you add it, your clinic. There is no password.
• Maintenance and spare-part requests: your description, the photo you attach and the device concerned.
• Devices you add with their QR sticker: the sale date and warranty we recorded at the sale.
• Reviews: your rating and text, published with your name and clinic only after we approve them.
• Usage statistics: actions such as opening the app, viewing a device or tapping WhatsApp, linked to a random number per installation that does not identify you.
• Notifications: the address Firebase (Google) gives your phone, so we can send it notifications.
• The website's contact form: your name, phone number and message.

Why we use it

To answer your questions and requests, follow your maintenance and warranty, send you the notifications that concern you, and improve our service by knowing which devices interest doctors.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google. When you tap WhatsApp or call, the conversation continues in WhatsApp or your phone app, under their own policies.

How we keep it

Your information is stored on our own servers and travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our team can access it.

Deleting your information

You can delete everything linked to you at any time from the app: More → My devices → ⋮ → Delete my data. This removes your name, phone number, devices, requests, workshop sign-ups and reviews. You can also ask us to view, correct or delete your information by contacting us below. Uninstalling the app removes your favorites and anything saved on the phone.

Children

Our app and website are meant for dentists and dental centers.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page.
